Found a rule that looks out of date? Tell us and point us at the source. We will fix it.

We read every message. The fastest way to help us keep these pages right is to tell us when one looks wrong.

Report an error on a state page

If a rule does not match what your state authority told you, email us with the state, the page and the source you are looking at. We re-check it against the primary source and update the page, then log the change in the changelog. Point us at the official page or statute if you have it; it speeds up the fix.

What we cannot do

We are a reference publisher, not a state alcohol agency or a law firm. We cannot look up your application, tell you whether your license will be approved, process a filing or give legal advice. We cannot help with a contested application or a quota-state purchase. For a decision on your situation, contact the authority linked on your state page. For a contested application, a license transfer or a quota-state purchase, talk to a licensed liquor-license attorney. What we can do is make sure the rules on the page are accurate and current.

An independent reference project, not a state alcohol agency or law firm. Educational information, not legal advice. Confirm the current rules with your state before you apply.
